Kevin was Graduated from Pasadena Art Center with Bachelor's degree for Animation Design and now settles in Shanghai.Once Kevin realized his creation and passion was totally above animation,he turned to be a architecture designer.Firstly Kevin just worked on some apartment and personal residence.Then KRT was founded in this modern city.KRT has being developing faster and grander in the past ten years.Kevin is always aiming to make KRT a international architecture & interior design company.

Architectural design

Our main area of business is architectural design. We design buildings of various functions and sizes - from small, single family homes to large offices and public buildings. Our offer includes cooperation at each of the stages of the designing process: from the concept through construction design and execution, to the supervision of the execution.

We work with qualified and reliable construction companies (constructors, plumbing, gas, electrical and air conditioning designers, estimators) which allows us to provide complete customer service.

Interior design

We offer both private interiors projects (houses and apartments) and the arrangement of commercial spaces, such as shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs and hotels. We also design office and public spaces. Our main advantage is a comprehensive approach: full supervision of the project - from the concept, through detailed design and supervision up to assisting the purchase of appropriate equipment and furnishing.
